Medical Consultation Plan

Please remember, we are not your primary care doctor. We are another medical professional who is giving you up to date medical advice to enable you to make better decisions about your health with the help and guidance of your primary care doctor.

• 40 minutes a month with health care professionals via phone or video chat ( no carrying over of unused minutes to the next month) 
• Monthly minutes may be shared with another geriatric patient living in the same household
• Unlimited correspondence via email (drdesire@gpcconsultants.com) -  used for matters that can be addressed within 24 hours ( for any urgent matters, please call your primary care doctor or call 911 for any emergency)  
• Limited texting  
• Questions answered by a medical professional (not by a friend or neighbor) who knows your medical history  
• Patient portal access to upload your medical records.  
• Any required prescriptions has to be done by your primary care doctor.
