He has provided medical care to geriatric patients in medical offices, private homes, independent and assisted livings, adult day care, hospitals, nursing homes, and hospice.
As a Certified Medical Director (CMD), a member of the American Geriatric Society, and a member of the American Board of Post- Acute and Long- Term Care Medicine, he is able to stay on the cutting edge of the medical and social issues that effect the geriatric community.
Please remember, we are not your primary care doctor. We are another medical professional who is giving you up to date medical advice to enable you to make better decisions about your health with the help and guidance of your primary care doctor.
$ 198 per patient for the initial onboarding of a patient that involves a 40 to 60 minutes session to obtain your medical information
$ 98 a month for each patient ( monthly automatic debit)
a 12 months minimum commitment required for this service
